I had paid for tickets for the Bonfire night the week previously but on the actual day my friend was very poorly so we could not attend. I rang the... read more pub to ask if a refund was possible and was told it would be but as they were busy they would call me back. No return call so after getting cut off several times I eventally spoke to someone who said they would do it in the morning. I rang again the next day and was told I would be called back later, guess what? No return call.....again. I rang again and was told by Kyle that he did not know how to do a refund and that his boss would call me back. I rang again in the evening and was put through to James the owner who told me I would NOT be getting a refund. He said I would not get a refund if it had been a music gig and I hadn't been able to attend but it was never mentioned that the tickets were non refundable, in fact there were no T&C's advertised at all and having been assured of a refund all along I trusted this would happen. People were still looking for tickets on the day of the event so I could have easily sold them on had I been told I wasn't getting a refund straight away. James said that tickets had been sold on a first come, first serve basis and that it was a sell out but on the day of the event they were still advertising that they had a few tickets left? Could not recommend this place due to its very poor customer care and looking at previous comments about customer service, I'm not alone!

The restaurant has been very tastefully decorated and the service swift and courteous. There is a special Sunday menu with 2 or 3 course options.
